Praxis started as a way to pay Tribute to a man who had found his way into the hearts of many Science Fiction lovers, Mark Leonard who played Spock's Father in the Origonal Star Trek series among others, to include Romulans, Klingons and others. Over the Years, we've payed Tribute to others who've touched our Hearts, like DeForest Kelly and Gene Roddenberry. This year is no different. While Praxis was unseen since 2001, we return once more in 2007, bringing back our focus on Family, Fun, and Entertainment. We hope that all those who Attend the event enjoy it as much as they have in past years. While in past years we have focused simply on Science Fiction and Science Fact, we have desided to expand our Genre to incompass Fantasy and Anime as well. We understand the wide range Fandom can have in the world, and wish to incorporate these two genres as well, concidering how easily the three tie in together. |
